Ask HN: How do early-stage founders manage product?

We’ve got some early revenue coming in (yay!), but I’m seriously struggling to juggle everything like product strategy, planning our roadmap, making good decisions – all while trying to stay lean. This is my first rodeo as a founder, and I don’t have a product background, so I find myself constantly putting out fires. Time and money are tight, and I’m curious how other founders handle this chaos.
